Q: What form of payment do you take?
You can purchase your tickets online using a credit or debit card. You can also purchase your tickets at the window with cash, credit or debit card. Each ticket that is sold requires a wavier to enter the attraction. Refusal to sign this waver will forfeit entry into attraction.
Q: What type of Haunted attraction is it?
It is an outdoor Haunted Attraction, which means you will experience uneven terrain. We require all those attending the attraction to be wearing a supportive shoe. If you have a high heals, flip flops, open toe shoes, etc.; you will not be permitted into the attraction and forfeit entry.
Q: What if I misplace or lose my ticket?
All sales are final, If you lose or misplace your ticket we will do our best to help you find it.
Q: What happens during our bad New England Weather?
Haunted Gallows is an outdoor attraction; weather conditions like rain, high winds, and thunderstorms may cause an unsafe environment. If the attraction does have to close, there will be an announcement on social media by 5 PM of that night. In the event of the closing, all tickets will be good for the next open night. If you are unable to make the next open night another will be provided. However; if you are unable to attend your ticket will never expire you you will be able to use your ticket the following year. However all sales are final and there will be no refunds.
Q: How long is the attraction?
There are two haunted attractions, and a family friendly area. This family friendly area is made for those who love taking pictures and video, it is a separate attraction, that is not scary. We ask that you anticipate being on the property for about an hour.
Q: Are there restrooms?
Yes there are porta johns available.
Q: Where can I park?
The farm has a great deal of parking for everyone! There is a $5 donation fee that is paid in cash per car. This donation is 100% supporting Richard’s Saw Mill. For your donation you will be given a coupon book valued at 3 times the donation.
Q: What type of tickets do you offer?
We Have a general admission ticket this is a timed ticket, this is NOT the time you will enter the attraction. This is simply the time you should show up. You may still have up to a hour wait in line. We also offer FAST PASS a timed ticket that allows you to skip the line. There is an extremely limited number of FAST PASS tickets, so get them while they last.
Q: Since the attraction is outdoors, can I smoke?
No, although we are an outdoor event the entire farm, including anywhere past our tents (line areas, concessions, restrooms, etc.) are smoke free. If you have to smoke, you must exit the attraction and smoke on the dirt road. Guest found smoking on the farm risk being asked to leave, and tickets are non-refundable.
Q: Is Haunted Gallows suitable for children?
We do not recommend children under the age of 13 entering the attraction and strongly recommended young children do not attend. Infants and children under 5 are not allowed. Please remember that parents need to take an active role in determining whether or not their children should go through Haunted Gallows.
